3/24 I received the necklace in the mail this morning, but it is nothing like the one pictured. I think I got the wrong one! What do I need to do to get the one in the picture? Thanks,X

4/30 I didn't want to ruin your feedback, but at the end of the day, I got the wrong necklace first, never got the right one (still wondering if it'll come), shipping took forever and I lost well over a month in the deal waiting. Your communication was wonderful, and I noted that, and I appreciate the refund, though I'd expect nothing less if I never got the necklace, which I haven't. So I felt it was important to note with honesty the problems I had, even though you were helpful in trying to solve it. But two necklaces lost in the mail - that's just weird. You sure you got the right address? (the first one came to the right place...don't know what happened) I hope you understand, it's not personal, just trying to be honest in my feedback X

So what do you think? Was X justified in her feedback or did Y get the raw end of the deal? (I'm not saying which one I am, and if you know -Todd- don't give it away, ok?)

wow - you werent kidding when you said drama...sometimes it can be so challenging, even with someone who supposedly has an excellent rating. (Assuming you were the buyer) I think buyer was totally ok with giving a neutral rating..I dont think I would have been as generous, esp that the promised product never came, even if the refund did. Even through USPS there is a way to track. We always ask for received status on ebay stuff we have sent, just to be sure that it can be tracked...
it is something that can be requested from a buyer too...maybe for next time...if there is a next time?
I think who ever left the feed back was actually generous. I probably would have given negative feedback.
That would be very annoying, you're right, how does something get lost...twice!? Have you found a new necklace? :)
I'm still looking for a purple necklace - I think I'll just go to a store this time. And thank you everyone, I thought I was quite generous with a neutral feedback as well, based on taking forever to ship alone!
I never give feedback until the deal is done and I've received correct items.
I think that the buyer should have given negative feedback.
You were too nice...if you were the buyer, an I don't think you're stupid enough to be the seller....
